No media is shipped

Benthic Software does not ship media (disks or shrink wrapped packaging.) Only registration codes are sent (via email or mail.)

Trial Period

All of our products can be used for a 30 day free trial. If your trial period has run out but you haven't finished evaluating the product, please contact us to extend the trial period.

Delivery time

You should receive your registration email including your registration codes the same day that you order the software. In some cases (a late Friday or weekend order) it may take up to 2 days to receive your registration email. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes! If you need your registration code immediately please send a separate email to orders@benthicsoftware.com and we'll try to take care of it ASAP.

Upgrades and updates

Minor upgrades are included with your license purchase (i.e. Goldview 3.1 is a free upgrade from Goldview 3.0.) It is requested that you upgrade regularly to get bug fixes and cool new features!

Beta products, bugs and bug reporting

We try to keep our products as bug free as possible. It is our goal to fix bugs as soon as they are discovered and to issue new builds. Please report bugs to support@BenthicSoftware.com and we will take care of them quickly! Please give us information that helps to find the problem. This includes any error messages, versions of Oracle and SQLNet, and possibly the text of sql or plsql statements. Note that beta products may have bugs. The production version is always available, so please don't use the beta for critical work!
